Our swords give you the ultimate advantage on the battlefield. Designed with speed and safety in mind, our swords can be designed in any length with customized blade covers, design, and guards. Built with the latest in light weight, professional technology, a custom sword can make all the difference in your game enjoyment. IFGS swords are a three-ply closed-cell foam built over a graphite or fiberglass core. Alliance weapons are high-density 5/8th inch pipe insulation.

Shields
What's a sword without a shield? Our shields are made from light weight plank foam and comfort fit handle to make them easy to carry during a long day of role-playing or fighting. Shield design and cover can be customized to meet you--or your character or class'--particular needs. Shields are a polyurethane open-cell plank foam.

Staves & Spears
If sword fighting isn't your game, our custom Staves or Spears might be more what you're looking for! Built with the same foam technology as our swords, our Staves and Spears can be customized to your liking. Match your weapon to your character with a custom staff!

Maces & More
We specialize in custom weapons including maces, hammers, and more. All our unusual weapons include our custom foam weapon technology and design, complete with an authentic appearance. You want it? We'll figure out a way to build it.
